Creative Media & Audio Assets

Unlike generic SaaS platforms, ohmymv processes high-value creative materials:

  1. Audio Tracks (MP3 / WAV) — Uploaded audio files (from Suno, Udio, DAWs, or studio recordings) are strictly processed through Cloudflare R2 secure storage to extract beat structures, vocal timbre, and lyrics for video synchronization. We never sell your audio files, and we do not use your unreleased music tracks to train public models without your explicit consent.
  2. Character & Anchor Portraits — Reference portraits uploaded to lock character identity are temporarily cached in private GPU memory and secure buckets to generate consistent 16-shot scene keyframes.
  3. Rendered Video Sequences — Generated shots, intermediate keyframes, and master cut deliverables remain private to your studio account until you choose to download or publish them.

General Information We Collect

To provide billing and account management, we collect:

  • Account Credentials — Email address, hashed password, or OAuth authentication tokens (via Google or GitHub).
  • Billing Details — Processed via secure PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe, Waffo, PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Studio Logs & Metrics — GPU render durations, resolution preferences (16:9 vs 9:16), and export metrics used strictly to improve render pipeline reliability.

Data Security & Cloud Architecture

Our infrastructure leverages Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1 distributed database, and Cloudflare R2 zero-egress object storage with end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption. Your creative assets are protected by rigorous role-based access controls (RBAC) and isolated per-tenant workspaces.

Commercial Ownership & User Rights

  • You retain full rights to your uploaded audio, character concepts, and final assembled music videos.
  • You can request complete deletion of your account, raw audio tracks, and rendered assets at any time through your account settings or by contacting privacy@filmself.com.
