1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ohmymv (https://ohmymv.com, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ohmymv is an AI-powered cinema music video generation and directing studio. The platform ingests audio tracks, generates 16-shot storyboard sequences, enforces character consistency, renders synchronized video clips, and delivers broadcast-quality cross-dissolved master music videos alongside secondary editing packages.

3. Commercial Ownership & Licensing

1. Your Music Rights — You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any audio tracks, lyrics, melodies, and character images you provide to the platform. You warrant that you have lawful rights or licenses to use the submitted media.
2. Generated Video Ownership — You retain full commercial ownership of all final music videos and intermediate assets produced with your account credits. You are entirely free to monetize them on YouTube, distribute them across streaming platforms (Spotify Canvas, Apple Music), license them, or broadcast them without paying royalties to ohmymv.

4. Production Credits & Review Gate Policy

1. Credit Allocation — Generating music videos consumes production credits based on pipeline stages (AI Director storyboarding, keyframe generation, lip-sync rendering, and master assembly).
2. Review Gate Protection — ohmymv pauses after keyframe generation to let creators review and redraw individual frames before full video rendering. Credits for final video generation are only deducted after you explicitly confirm and proceed through the Review Gate.
3. Refunds & Expirations — Credit purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable once computational GPU resources have been consumed, except as required by applicable law or in the event of persistent service failure verified by our engineering team.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use ohmymv to:

• Create defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or unlawful video content.
• Impersonate real individuals, celebrities, or public figures without explicit authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the underlying AI models or pipeline architecture.

6. Limitation of Liability

ohmymv provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our cinema engine aims for broadcast-grade quality, AI video generation involves stochastic modeling. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from generation latency or platform downtime.
